MAGDALENA BARTOSIEWICZ

She specializes in broad commercial law and white collar crimes. She also provides legal advice to both Polish and international clients on regulatory matters and the responsibility of key individuals in business. She supports the development and implementation of compliance management systems and procedures, including the implementation of AML/CFT regulations in obligated institutions. Magdalena represents clients in court disputes and arbitration, advising at the pre-trial stage and during negotiations.
With over 10 years of experience in legal advisory for business, she has gained expertise in renowned law firms specializing in servicing national entities, including state-owned companies and international corporations.
Magdalena is an author of numerous press publications. She completed postgraduate studies in “Compliance & AML Analyst” at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and holds the “Approved Compliance Officer” certificate issued by the Compliance Institute in Poland.
She is a Member of the Presidium of the Council of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law, Chairperson of the Committee for International Cooperation and Human Rights of the Council, and a Member of the National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law. Silvio is an Italian attorney living in Poland, holding qualifications to practice law both in Italy and Poland.
He began his studies in Italy, at the Universities of Cassino and Rome, and completed his legal education in Poland – specializing in tax law at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
For over 10 years he has collaborated with various law firms in Poland, mainly dealing with issues related to commercial law, tax law and international law, with a particular focus on business relationships between Poland and Italy.
Beyond legal advisory, during his activity in Poland he has gained experience in business management, assisting numerous companies at various stages of entering the target market and establishing their presence there.

TOMASZ GRABAREK

Tomasz is an attorney-at-law registered on the list of attorneys maintained by the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
Tomasz specializes in providing legal services to entrepreneurs in various industries, including banking, insurance, payment, energy, mining, fintech & insurtech, IT and telecommunications.
He advises clients on banking law, insurance law, new technology law, and the negotiation of commercial contracts, including international contracts, with a particular focus on entities from Eastern markets.
He has gained his professional experience working for entities from the banking and financial sector.
From 2011 to 2023, he was a managing partner of a Polish law firm, where he was responsible for the practice in banking, insurance, energy and mining law, contract law, including international contract law.
Tomasz represented clients in obtaining permits for entities in the Oil & Gas sector, participated in the creation of insurance programmes involving foreign insurers, both for the Oil & Gas industry (shale gas extraction and conventional deposit exploitation) and for retail networks (insurance programmes for mobile devices), as well as for telecommunications operators. He coordinated the comprehensive relocation of IT entities operating in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and also created and negotiated international intermediary and food sales contracts.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tomasz provided pro bono services to entrepreneurs. Currently, he also provides legal assistance to legal entities and individuals from Ukraine.
